Man caught stealing a pregnant woman’s panties at IBB university (Photos)

A man who specializes in stealing female underwear has met his water-loo as he’s been caught in the act.

The yet-to-be identified man, who stole panties belonging to a pregnant woman was nabbed today October 18, at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai in Niger State.

Though the suspect’s motive of stealing the panties is not yet known. He has already been handed over to the police.
