Naira Marley breaks Instagram record in Africa with over 40,000 comments

Nigerian artist, Azeez Fashola, popularly known Naira Marley has created a new social media record after getting 40,000 comments on Instagram for him to discharge the official video of his controversial song ‘Soapy’.

Naira Marley wrote: “40,000 comments and I will release (Soapy official video). #Marlians take your time, don’t rush.”

Marley’s Soapy song was accompanied by a new dance, which has attracted different reactions from the public.

While a portion of his fans don’t see anything amiss with the new move, others have communicated their disappointment with the move which copies a man jerking off.
