Lagos police reacts to the ‘illegal arrest’ of ladies who accused Davido of impregnating one of them!
The spokesperson of the Lagos State Police Command, Bala Elkana has flogged Davido and his ‘men’, for parading the two ladies who in a viral video, claimed one of them was pregnant for him.
Bala has frowned at the parading of the two ladies in handcuffs.
Recall, a few days ago, the ladies in a video, alleged that one of them, Helen is a few weeks pregnant for the singer.
Davido who quickly reacted to the video, vowed to ensure they were arrested and charged to court for trying to tarnish his image.
Not too long ago, of of David’s crew member, Special Spesh, posted a video online showing the two ladies, Helen and Susan, in handcuffs after they were picked up.
LIB reached out to Bala Elkana to confirm if the arrest was made by his command and he said he wasn’t aware of such an arrest.
Commenting on the girls being paraded on handcuffs, Bala said it was wrong and that the girls have the right to sue as a private citizen has no right under the law to parade a suspect.
He added that the singer cannot adjudge the ladies guilty as only a competent court of jurisdiction can produce a person guilty of a crime.
