Police arrest boyfriend of model raped, stabbed to death in Ondo
The Ondo State police command has arrested one Mr. Ebenezer Adedimola, the boyfriend of late Ajila Seun, who was allegedly raped and stabbed to death in her mother’s house.
This was made known on Tuesday by the Public Relations Officer of the command, Mr. Femi Joseph, in Akure.
He said Adedimola’s arrest was in connection to late Ajila’s rape and murder.
His words: “The woman said she suspected her deceased daughter’s boyfriend because he had a misunderstanding with her (the model) recently and in the morning of that day, he called her (Ajila) on the telephone several times to know her whereabouts.
“The mother said the boyfriend probably wanted to know whether she (Ajila) was not at home in order to go and carry out the dastardly act.
“However, we have commenced investigation into the incident and the perpetrator will be brought to book,” he said.
