Orji Kalu Uka, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abia state, has slammed the Deputy Governor of the state, Dr. Ude Oko Chukwu over his alleged poor performance since assumption of office in 2015.

The Abia Deputy Governor hails from Nkporo clan in Ohafia local government area.

Uka, who spoke with newsmen in Umuahia on Monday, claimed that Oko Chukwu has failed woefully to attract developmental projects to his clan, Nkporo, and vowed to join hands with forces to resist the Deputy Governor’s attempt to return to the government house in 2019.

He boasted that his party, APC was poised to end the PDP misrule in Abia state.

According to the House of Assembly aspirant for Ohafia North constituency, “The incumbent Deputy Governor has failed Nkporo people. In fact, the Nkporo people are very annoyed with him”.

” There is a serious uprising in Nkporo more than that of middle east. Come 2019, we are going to show the world that the Deputy Governor has messed his people up.

“He has put us in the murky water. We are going to show him that we, his kinsmen, are annoyed. Come 2019, we will use our Permanent Voter Cards, PVC, to vote him and PDP out, because Nkporo in Ohafia local government area is lagging behind”.
