Chelsea on Friday announced through their official website that forward, Eden Hazard’s amazing performances in September has earned him a nomination for the EA Sports Premier League Player of the Month Award.
Hazard is joined by Wolves defender, Willy Boly, Arsenal striker, Alexandre Lacazette, Leicester City midfielder, James Maddison, Everton midfielder, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling.
The 27-year-old scored five goals in four league games, including a hat-trick against Cardiff and two against Bournemouth and Liverpool respectively.
The Belgium international has won the award once before, in October 2016.
The winner will be announced next Friday, 12 October 2018.
